Conflict Management Coaching
A process where a trained conflict coach provides conflict management guidance to a client, helping them increase their leave of ability to manage and address interpersonal conflicts.
Conflict Management Coaching can happen before an anticipated conflict, during a conflict, after a conflict or prior to a mediation. Conflict Management coaching is focused on addressing conflict in the future.
Our goal is to work with a client and help them make and observe positive changes in how they manage conflict moving forward.
